- Air condition

Naturally the villa is fully air conditioned. Ceiling fans give You extra
comfort in all major rooms as well as on the lanai.
- Alarm
-
The house is equipped with a burglar alarm which, for Your safety, is
changed between every guest. The code will be given to You when we
have received the final payment.
- Appliances
-
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, ice maker,
microwave owen and an electric stove as well as a toaster and a coffee maker.
In the laundry room You will find a washer and dryer as well as an iron and
iron board.
- Beds
-
In the four bedrooms of the house You will find beds for 8 people: a king-size
bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and two
twin beds each in the third and fourth bedroom. See table below for dimensions.

- Cable TV

The Cable TV gives You more than fifty channels to choose from. Both the
master bedroom and the great room has a TV set.
- CD-player

The Great Room features a multi CD-player for five CDs. The player also features
a radio receiver and cassette player.
- Check in - check out

As our guest You will have access to the house from 5 pm (17:00) the day of Your
arrival. We kindly ask You to vacate the property no later than 11 am (11:00) on
Your day of departure. You do not need to go through any check in or check out
procedure. The house is equipped with a key pad lock and there are no keys to
either collect or return.
- Cleaning

The house is cleaned after the departure of each guest by the management company.
Linens and towels are changed between every guest. This is included in the rates.
You can order changes of linen and towels during Your stay for an additional charge,
please see
Rates and Conditions.
- Coffee maker

The coffee maker is there for You to brew Your own coffee whenever You like.
- Dishwasher

For your convenience the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- Drier and washer

In the laundry room You will find both a washer and tumble drier.
- Electricity
-
Florida as well as the rest of USA uses 110 V / 60 hz. Please take this into consideration if
You bring any electrical devices.
- Fire extinguisher

In case of an emergency the house is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
- Fridge & Freezer

The house has both a fridge and a large freezer with an icemaker.
- Hospital
-
Information about how to reach hospitals, police etc. can be found in a binder in
the villa. Other usefull information, such as how to report problems to the management
company, can be found here as well.
- Hospitality pack
-
A first set of toilet paper and soap is included in the rate. When
reserving the villa You are welcome to order our Hospitality Pack. The
package consists of milk, bread, butter, juice, cereal, washing liquid,
coffee, tea and sugar which will be available in the house on Your arrival
for an additional charge, please see
Rates and Conditions.

Cool Your drink with fresh ice from the icemaker.
- Internet

Internet can be accessed using your own modem and the inhouse phone.
- Iron and iron board

An iron and iron board is at Your disposal throughout Your stay.
- Keys

The house has a key pad lock with a code which, for Your safety, is
changed between every guest. This means that You do not need to go
anywhere to collect and return a key. The code will be given to you
when we have received the final payment.
- Kitchen

For those of You who wish to cook Your own meals, the kitchen is equipped
with an electric stove with a full size oven and hob, microwave oven,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer, icemaker, coffee maker and toaster as well
as a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
- Lanai

The covered part of the pool decking is equiped with ceiling fans and is
furnished with comfortable pool furniture.
- Laundry

In the laundry room You will find both a washer and dryer together with
an iron and iron board.
- Linens and towels
-
You will be provided with a sufficient amount of linens and towels on
arrival. They are changed after the departure of each guest. Should You
wish to have towels and linens changed during Your stay this can be
arranged with the management company for an additional charge, please see
Rates and Conditions.
- Microwave owen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven.
- Parking

The vehicle can be parked either in the two car garage or outdoors on the
driveway.
- Pets

Through curtesy to those allergic no animals of any kind are allowed in
the property.
- Police

Information about how to reach police, hospitals etc. can be found in a binder in
the villa. Other usefull information, such as how to report problems to the management
company, can be found here as well.
- Pool
-
The villa has a fully screened private pool, 15 x 28 ft., overlooking
orange groves. The pool is decorated with a planter and a water fall.
- Pool Heating
-
If You wish the pool to be really warm, please order us to turn on the
poolheating. There is an additional charge for pool heating, please see
Rates and Conditions.
- Radio

The Great Room features a multi CD-player for five CDs. The player also features
a radio receiver and cassette player.

Information about how to report problems to the management company can be
found in a binder in the villa. Other usefull information, such as how to

The house is equipped with a safety box.
- Smoking

Through curtesy to those allergic smoking is not allowed in the villa.

For You to be able to cook full meals the house contains an electric
stove with a full size oven and hob
- Telephone

Local phone calls made with the in house telephone are free of charge. For
long distance and international phone calls You may use Your credit cards
or a telephone card available throughout the area.
You can also access the internet using your modem and the phone.
- Toaster

Make Yourself some fresh toast with the toaster in the kitchen.
- Towels and linens

You will be provided with a sufficient amount of linens and towels on
